Job Description

Profile of talent we are looking for; (Relationship Officer- Mwanza)
1. At least 1 year experience in working with women group or microfinance
2. Good knowledge about Vikoba model and group lending
3. Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
4. Ability to be flexible with work dynamics and solution oriented
Job Details;
1. The person will be required to work in Mwanza
2. Full time job, requiring minimum of 40 hours per week
3. Salary (500,000 tsh)
