Job Description
Loan Officer (Location: Dar es Salaam)
Duties Include:
- Marketing: Promoting loan products to potential customers and maintaining client relationships.
- Loan Processing: Evaluating loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Risk Assessment: Analyzing creditworthiness and potential risks associated with lending decisions.
- Loan Recovery: Implementing effective strategies to ensure timely loan repayments and managing delinquent accounts.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed financial reports, monitoring loan portfolio performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
