CORE JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Trainee will assist to maintain Company’s IT Infrastructure and all associated Software (Operating Systems, Application Software and Anti-viruses). Personnel will assist in ensuring company users are getting timely supports.

KEY TASKS

S/He will assist to;

• Assist to identify market needs, conceptualize solutions
• Assist to manage IT resources Optimization
• Control and reduce unnecessary printing by 10%
• Assist to secure IT infrastructures
• Maintain Updated-licensed copies of Antivirus and patches update
• Maintain and manage software licenses
• Assist to implement usage of expenditure, budgeting, requisition and disbursement
• Management system with project management feature
• Assist to Source and adopt technology which enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage daily IT User Support

EDUCATION

• A minimum of diploma in Information technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• At least one (1) year of related experience.
