Support Staff: Life Support

• Identifies potential threats to safety.
• Watches over patrons to ensure they are safe.
• Rescues patrons in danger of drowning or in need of first aid.
• Contacts appropriate persons in case a situation escalates beyond their expertise.
• Assists with swimming lessons.
• Enforces the facility’s rules.
• Maintains a level of physical competence to carry out the job.
• Inspects facility and immediately reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor.
