Academy Teacher Fellowship (2025) at Silverleaf Academy

In 2024, Silverleaf Academy launched the Talent Academy Fellowship Program with the goal of training certified teachers in the Silverleaf model. Through this program, teachers received hands-on training, co-taught in classrooms, and gained valuable experience in our innovative teaching approach.

We are proud to have trained 61 teachers in 2024, with 36 successfully hired as full-time educators.

As we continue to grow and expand the Silverleaf promise across Tanzania, we remain committed to developing the next generation of Silverleaf teachers.

For 2025, we are excited to offer an expanded 6-month teacher fellowship and successful graduates will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at one of our Silverleaf Academy campuses.

Qualifications:

1. Certified teacher:  Montessori, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Education 
2. 0-4 years of teaching experience (Preferred).

Application Program

• Stage 1 Application and Upload Resume-  by EOD Thursday, 14 March
• Notification if you have made it to the final interview day- by EOD Monday, 18 March
• In person interview day- Monday, 25 March
• Notification of application and offer letters- Thursday, 28 March
• Fellowship Move In Day and Welcome- Friday, 5 April 
• Fellowship Start Date- Monday, 8 April
