Overview
Perseus Mining Limited is an Australian‑listed, Africa‑focused gold producer, developer, and explorer. Founded in 2004, Perseus today operates three gold mines in West Africa: the Edikan Mine in Ghana, and the Sissingué and Yaouré Mines in Côte d’Ivoire, collectively producing approximately 510,000 ounces of gold in FY2024 at an all‑in sustaining cost of about USD 1,053 per ounce. A key milestone in its expansion strategy was the successful takeover of OreCorp in May 2024, which brought the high-potential Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania into its portfolio with a probable reserve of around 2.6 million ounces, with first production expected in Q1 2027.
