Since issuing our first loan in Kenya in January 2021, we’ve rapidly expanded to over 100 branches across Kenya and Uganda. Now, we’re proud to launch our presence in Dar es Salaam, bringing with us a unique model that blends technology with meaningful customer relationships.
Our approach is simple: build systems that are efficient, reliable, and rooted in real human connection. We’ve designed processes that minimize errors and defaults while focusing on personalized service. Each team member whether a lender, collector, or branch manager plays a hands-on role in supporting borrowers with care, trust, and accountability.
Beyond financial solutions, we aim to empower individuals and small businesses with the tools and confidence to succeed. This ripple effect stimulates growth, creates employment, and strengthens local economies.
Today, our team has grown to over 300 dedicated professionals who embody our values of flexibility, empathy, and commitment. As we set up operations in Tanzania, we look forward to partnering with communities and building a future where access to finance is both empowering and transformational.
