Marine Services Company Limited (MSCL), now known as Tanzania Shipping Company Limited (TASHICO) as of November 18, 2024, is a government owned enterprise based in Mwanza, Tanzania. Established in 1997 following its separation from the Tanzania Railways Corporation, MSCL has been instrumental in providing maritime transport services across Tanzania’s major lakes Victoria, Tanganyika, and Nyasa facilitating both passenger and cargo movement.
