ABC Impact is hiring a Chief Impact Officer to lead innovative programs, build strategic partnerships, and help us scale impact across Tanzania. If you believe in community-powered solutions and have what it takes to shape meaningful change this opportunity is for you.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit or social enterprise program design and management.
- Strong track record in fundraising and partnership development, with demonstrable success in securing and managing donor funding.
- Experience managing MEL frameworks and translating data into impact storytelling.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work in a dynamic, resource-limited environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swahili a strong advantage).
