Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.


  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and conduct performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification
