Job Description
We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for:
- Strategic management
- Project coordination and problem solving
- Strengthening customer relationships
- Driving revenue growth for the company
- Providing service excellence and building long-term partnerships
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or Commercial Certifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Tanzania telecom ecosystem, business administration laws, and administration principles
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at both operational and executive levels
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and renewals
- Coordinate with rollout, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely site delivery
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all managed sites
