Job Description

We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for:

• Strategic management
• Project coordination and problem solving
• Strengthening customer relationships
• Driving revenue growth for the company
• Providing service excellence and building long-term partnerships

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or Commercial Certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the Tanzania telecom ecosystem, business administration laws, and administration principles

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at both operational and executive levels
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and renewals
• Coordinate with rollout, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely site delivery
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all managed sites
