Job Description
- Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for telecommunications services.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Ensure network security and perform regular security assessments.
- Design and implement IP network solutions for a telecommunications business.
- Provide engineering support for network technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, and QoS.
- Participate in the planning, installation, and management of network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-profile network incidents.
- Maintain and optimize network performance through continuous improvement plans.
- Document standard operating procedures and network diagrams.
- Monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Configure and install various network devices and services.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Administer ISP network management system.
- Administer fiber/wireless network.
- Configure Mikrotik routers at a deep level.
