Job Advertisement: Personal Assistant & Administrator

 

Location: Mbeya, Tanzania

 

Position: Personal Assistant & Administrator

I am seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant & Administrator to assist with both home and office affairs. The ideal candidate will be a committed and faithful Christian woman aged between 20 to 28 years old, preferably with a background in Accounting , Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields, however any other fields are encouraged to apply     

 

Key Requirements:

  1. Gender: Female
  2. Age: 20 - 28 years
  3. Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in  any field, preferably Hotel Management,  Accounting, Hospitality, or related fields
  4. Faith: Must be a committed and faithful Christian

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 - Administrative Support:

  - Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organization.

  - Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  - Handle correspondence and communications on my behalf.

Personal Assistance:

  - Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing my daily activities.

  - Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.

  - Assist with personal errands and tasks.

Hospitality Management:

  - Oversee hospitality services for guests.

  - Manage event planning and execution.

  - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for household and event needs.

Record Keeping:

  - Maintain accurate records and files.

  - Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Customer Service:

  - Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.

  - Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high satisfaction levels.

 

Key Competencies:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
