• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Track competitor strategies and emerging trends across diverse African markets.
• Analyze customer behaviour and usage patterns to understand their needs, preferences, and financial literacy levels, guiding Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development and product enhancements.
