Architect at GSM Group Tanzania

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of diverse building projects. While the role covers a variety of structures, experience in commercial and industrial building projects will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion for various projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial and industrial building projects (added advantage).
• Knowledge of green building and sustainable design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
