Civil Engineer/Architect

Mati Group of Companies Limited, a rapidly growing and diversified company engaged in innovative projects across multiple sectors, is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect / Civil Engineer to join our team.

Position: Civil Engineer/Architect

Department: Estate

Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and designs.
• Oversee and supervise construction projects from design stage to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, structural, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable building solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Registration with a recognized professional board is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision with a high level of integrity.
