Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel engineering operations, preferably within an international luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, building systems, and technical operations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop engineering colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing contractors, projects, and maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence.
