Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Supervise and support production supervisors and operators in their daily activities.
• Monitor the performance and efficiency of production lines and equipment.
• Identify and minimize production downtime, waste, defects, and operational losses.
• Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and performance data.
• Assist in manpower planning, shift allocation, and effective utilization of production resources.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support training, coaching, and performance development of production employees.
• Investigate production problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and production/ERP systems.
