Job Description
The personal assistant will assist our Managing Director with his daily business and personal tasks. He will work close together with our head of departments as well as our external consultants and service providers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in economics, communication, marketing or any related field
- Minimum three years experience in either agro-business (farmer groups, buyers, traders, transporters, input suppliers or processors) or trade and export related fields
- Proven communication skills and ability to effectively communicate – verbal & written
- Advanced social media and marketing skills
- Car driving license
- Advanced computer skills (MS-Office including MS-Excel)
Specific Tasks
- Assist the MD with daily and personal tasks
- Gathering reports from head of departments and consultants
- Organization and documentation of meetings
- Report writing for grants, partners, financial institutions
- Content creation for Website and Social media in cooperation with our PR and communication agent
- Create presentations and marketing related information
