Job Description The Assistant Manager – Enterprise Systems Support provides hands-on technical administration, support, and optimization of the organization’s Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure environments. This role is pivotal in driving IT infrastructure modernization, strengthening platform reliability, enhancing security, and enabling business continuity through best-practice architecture and operational governance.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Data Centre & Cloud Administration

• Provide end-to-end management of Data Centre infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and peripherals.
• Support and optimize Cloud Infrastructure solutions through effective provisioning, management, protection, and security of virtualized resources across hybrid environments.

2. Automation & Modernization

• Explore DevOps practices to drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
• Implement and manage performance monitoring tools for infrastructure systems, analyzing logs and metrics to proactively resolve issues.

3. Performance & Issue Management

• Perform root cause analysis for system outages or performance degradation, ensuring infrastructure uptime meets agreed targets.
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for all infrastructure-related incidents and problems.

4. Maintenance & Security

• Conduct assessments and apply system patches, upgrades, firmware updates, and security fixes.
• Attend to systems backup and recovery activities as part of business continuity in line with Bank standards and policies.

5. Vendor & License Management

• Responsible for IT Infrastructure-related vendor acquisition, review, and supervision.
• Manage IT Infrastructure system licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
