Job Description
INVESTOR RELATIONS AND PERFORMANCE ANALYST MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
- Must hold a professional accounting qualification: CPA (T) or ACCA, A bachelor’s degree in accounting,
- Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline is required.
- A master’s degree in finance and strategic management is an added advantage.
- Formal certification in data visualization and graphic presentation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or
- Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or investor relations,preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in financial forecasting, capital planning, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian media and regulatory environment (e.g., BOT, TCRA, TRA, etc.).
