Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
  • Support the marketing manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department
  • Organize and attend marketing events, conferences, and promotional activities to raise brand visibility
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels (e.g. social media, print, digital)
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and data
  • Prepare content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and online social media posts
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and product/service promotion
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and monitor marketing budgets
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks
  • Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
  • Monitor security certificates and ensure the company is compliant with all IT requirements
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer equipment
  • Assist with onboarding and off boarding of employees, including setting up new technology
  • Maintain an asset management system to track the company's IT assets
  • Perform system administrator duties to manage staff access and permissions

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an IT Specialist or marketing in a similar role
  • Proficient in relevant operating systems, software, and programming
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using marketing software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative and commercially-minded with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends
