Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
- Support the marketing manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department
- Organize and attend marketing events, conferences, and promotional activities to raise brand visibility
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels (e.g. social media, print, digital)
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure the success of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and data
- Prepare content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and online social media posts
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and product/service promotion
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and monitor marketing budgets
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Monitor security certificates and ensure the company is compliant with all IT requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer equipment
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding of employees, including setting up new technology
- Maintain an asset management system to track the company's IT assets
- Perform system administrator duties to manage staff access and permissions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Specialist or marketing in a similar role
- Proficient in relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using marketing software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative and commercially-minded with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends
