Job Details

We seeking to hire a Safari/Lodge Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our Safari Company and our Lodge in Kogatende, attract guests, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a focus on Safari Companies or Lodge sales marketing.

Job Description

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
  • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
  • Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
