Requirements

• Must hold a college qualification at Diploma level or above.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Swahili.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Must be hardworking and self-motivated.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business or a related field.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
