Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to manage the kitchen at the residence of our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional meals, a strong understanding of nutrition, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Duties:
- Prepare daily meals and snacks tailored to the MD’s preferences.
- Create customized menus and source fresh ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen organization.
- Manage food inventory and ensure cost control.
- Support in hosting private dinners and events at the residence.
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma/certificate and proven experience in fine dining or private residences.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines.
- Flexible, discreet, and highly reliable.
