Executive Assistant & Brand Coordinator at Shikana Group Tanzania

You will support Amne Suedi, entrepreneur and international legal and investment advisor, across three fast-growing brands:

• Shikana Investment and Advisory (investment in Africa)
• Know My Legal (legal tech for entrepreneurs)
• Zambarau Gem House (luxury jewelry made in Tanzania)

Your Role Includes:

• Writing and editing content, briefs, reports, business letters, emails
• Creating marketing and promotional material on social media platforms - for example LinkedIn and Instagram
• Using Canva, ChatGPT, and Google tools to develop brand materials
• Supporting brand and product launches with planning and coordination
• Managing communications with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Acting as a professional extension of the founder
• Setting appointment with prospective clients and partners
• Ability to travel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise

You Must Be:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong advantage
• A clear, concise, and confident communicator
• Proficient in Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs, and social media platforms
• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn fast
• Passionate about building, solving problems, and contributing to African excellence
• Graduate with a degree in Business, Law, International Relations, Political science, or similar areas
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
