Student Membership Coordinator (Volunteer Role) at TPPA Tanzania

Role Description

This is a volunteer role located in Dar es Salaam for a Student Membership Coordinator. The Student Membership Coordinator will be responsible for Coordinate all matters related to TPPA student members. Serve as the primary liaison between student members and TPPA leadership. Organize student-focused activities such as workshops, mentorships, and networking sessions. Support onboarding and ensure students are informed of membership benefits, providing administrative assistance, and supporting event management. Tasks include handling communication with members, performing customer service duties, and organizing events. The role requires engaging with students, tracking membership data, and ensuring a seamless membership experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with data privacy concepts is a plus
• A TPPA member (or willing to become one).
• Passionate about student engagement, mentorship, and data protection.
• No experience needed, but would be an added advantage
