Job Description
The Vocational Education and Training (VET) Coordinator will provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, implementation, and monitoring of vocational education and training interventions. The coordinator will work with Dar es Salaam Regional Vocational Training and Service Centre, Kipawa ICT Centre and Kigamboni Fold Development College to test and integrated training content that promote inclusive and market-aligned skills development, Business-ready soft skills, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy into existing VET training programs. The VET Coordinator will work closely with government stakeholders, private sector actors, VET institutions, and development partners to enhance employability outcomes for youth and other target groups.
