Creative Interior Designer at Insignia

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business development.

• Provide expert advice on colour schemes, paint finishes, and coatings to clients.
• Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize their projects.
• Offer free colour consultation services to clients, helping them choose the best colors and finishes for their spaces.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide on-site consultations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new products to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the paints and coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of colour theory, paint finishes, and coatings.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience
