Job Description:
As a Videographer and Editor at PADDCO, you will be responsible for capturing and editing visually appealing video content to support our marketing efforts. This includes filming properties, lifestyle, and local culture to produce compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cameras to shoot high-quality video content in a variety of settings.
• Edit footage to create polished and engaging videos.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through to final delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with PADDCO’s brand and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative content ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Creative storytelling abilities.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen to feedback and adapt content as needed.
