Customer Relationship & Operations Officer
Location
- Dar es Salaam
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, social science, or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Care related services.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations for key corporate customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to corporate customer queries according to SLAs.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
- Conduct training sessions for corporate customers on products and services.
- Administer user accounts, manage recurring customer invoices, and run daily reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers regarding support issues.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and test different scenarios to troubleshoot issues.
- Update internal databases with technical issue details and relevant customer interactions.
- Monitor service desk flow to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Gather customer feedback, share feature requests, and inform customers about new functionalities.
