Responsibilities

Airtel always has a valid contract with all its corporate customers

  • Work with Key Account Managers to ensure that Airtel proactively initiates renewal 90 days before expiry of the existing contract
  • Track contract renewal process from initiation to archival of the new contract

Airtel maintains a searchable database of customer contracts in both electronic and physical archival systems

  • Record in the Contract Master database all variable contract information for each customer. “Variable” information is the information that may differ from one customer/contract to another
  • Ensure that both electronic and hard copies of the archived contract documents have all the relevant details of the customer. “Relevant details’ means valid KYC documents, Authorization documents, Customer contract terms as well as valid Business registration documents
  • Ensure that the contract master database is fully populated and indexed using electronic hyperlinks to facilitate ease of retrieval for both electronic and hard copies of any contracts

Fast, efficient and accurate customer onboarding and service activation

  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all new contracts are signed and achieved within 7 working days
  • Scan and archive both electronic and hard copies of all new contracts in a manner that can easily be retrieved with the contract master database. The “contract master database” is an excel file that captures all variable contract information in a hyperlinked excel file
  • Work with provisioning team to ensure that activated accounts match contract specification

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any other related field

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)

  • 1-year minimum experience in KYC
  • Computer hands-on experience: MS Office & scripting skills

Other Requirements (Behavioral Etc.)

  • Good team player
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Be organized & persistent
  • Self Starter
