Company Overview: Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing  company with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products/services to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Administrative Manager to join her team in Tanzania. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and drive sales initiatives while overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Job Summary: As the Sales and Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and overseeing administrative processes to optimize efficiency. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for administrative detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Tanzanian market.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Administrative Oversight:

  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  2. Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
  3. Streamline and improve administrative processes to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and development of administrative staff.
  5. Implement and maintain effective communication channels within the administrative and sales teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, with a successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of the Tanzanian market and business landscape.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  7. Experience in overseeing administrative functions is a plus.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
