Position: Data Analyst Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive
Experience Required: 8+ Years

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
- Proven ownership of finance or commercial data pipelines across multiple entities or systems, including reconciliation and release controls.
- Strong SQL and Python or R; ETL/ELT tooling, warehouse or lakehouse modelling and BI platforms.
- Working knowledge of financial reconciliation and data protection.
- ERP, dealer-management and CRM data experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for pipeline development, testing and queries, and verify outputs against source data.
EXPERIENCE
8+ years in data engineering, business intelligence or data management, including at least 3 years leading a small team.
