• Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Mathematics
  • Economics
  • Business Analytics
  • Engineering
  • Or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in:
  • Business Intelligence
  • Data Analytics
  • Digital Analytics
  • Data Science
  • Or related fields
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing analytics teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the company’s Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of:
  • Enterprise-wide dashboards
  • Scorecards
  • Management reports
• Ensure timely delivery of business performance reports and executive insights.
• Support product, marketing, and commercial teams through customer and market analytics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business performance.
• Lead projects involving:
  • Customer segmentation
  • Churn prediction
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Behavioral analytics
• Lead, coach, and develop:
  • Business Intelligence teams
  • Data Analytics teams
  • Data Science teams
