Tutors in Ordinary Diploma in Community Development (4 Positions) 2 Positions – Bachelor’s Degree
Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Community Development from a recognized university. 2 Positions – Ordinary Diploma
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Ordinary Diploma in Community Development from a recognized institution.

1. Tutors in Ordinary Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences Training (1 Position)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
• Must be fully registered with the Pharmacy Council and hold a valid and active practicing license.

Tutors in Ordinary Diploma in Social Work (4 Positions) 2 Positions – Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Social Work from a recognized university.

Positions – Ordinary Diploma

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ordinary Diploma in Social Work from a recognized institution.

1. Tutors in Ordinary Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (4 Positions) 2 Positions – Bachelor’s Degree
   Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university. 2 Positions – Ordinary Diploma
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Ordinary Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Tutors in Electrical Engineering (3 Positions)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Driving Instructors (2 Positions)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate in Driving Instruction from NIT or another recognized institution.

General Qualifications and Experience

1. At least one year of working experience in a relevant field.
2. Good command of the teaching language.
3. Training in teaching methodology will be an added advantage.
4. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver maximum output.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects, with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities for Tutors

1. Facilitate sessions according to standards stipulated in the respective curricula.
2. Assess students in line with the assessment plans of the respective curricula.
3. Supervise and report on students’ practical learning, field placements, and attachments.
4. Conduct research and supervise students in their research projects.
5. Provide academic guidance and advisory services to students.
6. Advise management on academic and non-academic issues relevant to institutional growth.
7. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or higher authorities.
