Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design of high voltage (HV) electrical systems (up to 33kV)
- Develop protection schemes, substation layouts and single-line diagrams
- Conduct load flow, short circuit and protection coordination studies
- Specify HV equipment (circuit breakers, transformers, CTs, VTs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international and local standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams during project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven 5+ years of experience in MV system design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software
- Strong understanding of IEC/IEEE standards
Working Station: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
