Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mwanza for a Graduate Sales Engineer. The Graduate Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing technical support for mineral processing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating proposals, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with the engineering team to meet client needs. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in mineral processing equipment, machinery, or related engineering fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in sales or customer support within the mining or engineering industry
• Basic knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related field
