Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer at United Petroleum Tanzania

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate HSE training, emergency drills, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HSE records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the petroleum, oil & gas, energy, or logistics sector.
