Brisas Foods Tanzania is looking for a capable and responsible Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its food and beverage business in Turiani, Mvomero District, Morogoro.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily business activities, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining good customer service, and supporting the overall performance of the food and beverage business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage business.
• Coordinate and oversee staff involved in food preparation, service, and other daily activities.
• Ensure customers receive quality food, beverages, and good service.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of food and beverages.
• Ensure bakery products, food, and beverages are properly prepared, handled, displayed, and served.
• Monitor stock levels and help ensure necessary food, beverage, and bakery supplies are available.
• Reduce unnecessary waste and ensure proper use of business resources.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor daily business activities and report important operational matters to management.
• Ensure staff follow company procedures and maintain professional standards.
• Support management in improving sales, service quality, and overall business performance.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to supervise and manage a food and beverage business.
• Good leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize daily operations and solve operational problems.
• Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, bakery, restaurant, catering, or a related business will be an advantage.
