Videographer at Naru Zanzibar

Naru Zanzibar is looking for a talented Videographer to join our growing team and help capture the beauty, energy, and experiences of Zanzibar through high-quality content.

We are a Zanzibar-based travel and experience company creating curated island experiences, tours, retreats, luxury travel content, and unforgettable moments across the island.

This role is perfect for someone creative, fast-moving, visually strong, and passionate about storytelling through video.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality video content across tours, hotels, experiences, events, and island activities
• Shoot content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
• Film luxury travel experiences, beach content, dhow cruises, picnics, resorts, and lifestyle moments
• Edit engaging short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling
• Work closely with the marketing and content team on campaigns and shoots
• Deliver content quickly in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous videography/content creation experience required
• Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
• Comfortable filming with cameras, drones, and iPhone content
• Strong internet connection and reliable workflow setup
• Based in Tanzania or Zanzibar preferred
