Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on F&B Manager to join
Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa
Boutique resort, member of Relais & Châteaux and awarded One Michelin Key
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end, owner-driven property with a strong focus on guest experience, attention to detail and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily F&B operations (restaurant, bar, beach service)
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage, motivate and develop the team
- Control costs and optimize performance
- Be highly present on the floor
Profile:
Proven experience in F&B operations (luxury or boutique hotels)
Hands-on, energetic and solution-oriented mindset
Strong leadership and team spirit
Attention to detail and service excellence
Fluent in English
