Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Travel Agent based in Kiwengwa. The Travel Agent will assist clients with making reservations, building travel programs and deals, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating special services. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, consulting on travel options, and contributing to sales efforts for Funzibar's tours and services. Daily responsibilities include ensuring smooth travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and delivering customized travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Sales and understanding of customer needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of tourism and travel industry trends is a plus
• Proficiency in technology and reservation systems is an asset
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable
