Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cartrack Tanzania

• Facilitate the recruitment and placement process of new candidates whilst meeting monthly targets
• Obtain request to fill vacancy from manager
• Develop a relationship with business in order to obtain deeper insight into the business and specific recruitment requirements
• By making use of current job profile prepare and place advertisement on various job portals
• Where applicable, discuss further detailed job specs with relevant manager.
• Screen and shortlist applications received via job portals or referrals
• Where insufficient or inadequate responses are received, recruitment will headhunt
• Assist Management by Coordinating the interview process
• Provide manager with complete interview pack inclusive of all relevant documentation
• Administer tests and assessments
• Conduct in-depth telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates as requested by relevant manager
• Onboard the candidates
• Ensure new hire have all necessary work tools
• Supervise, mentor and coach
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience using job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Coaching and mentoring abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism
