Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated sales & marketing executive with a background in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain management to join our growing team in Arusha.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics and freight forwarding sales.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of import, export, and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's logistics and freight services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
