Job Description
5+ years of experience in telecom, sales enablement, or channel management. Proven success in designing and delivering training programs. Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field (Training certification preferred).
Core Responsibilities:
- Training & Capability Development: Design and deliver training programs for products, sales techniques, customer service, and systems; create training materials and digital content; conduct onboarding for new agents and partners.
- Channel Support & Enablement: Provide operational support to channel partners, ensure access to tools and resources, and coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track training effectiveness and partner performance, identify gaps, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align initiatives; act as the main liaison for channel partners; support integration of partners into unified frameworks.
