Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (5 years of post-secondary education) in business school, engineering school, or an equivalent university program.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project/program management or in a PMO/transformation role, ideally in the banking, finance, or consulting sector.

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in portfolio management and project governance methods and tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce decision memos, executive briefings, structured reports, and management presentations in French and English.
  • Very strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good understanding of regulated environments, ideally banking, fintech, mobile money, financial services, or financial transformation consulting.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of work simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take a "hands-on" approach.

Your Challenges

  • Manage the project portfolio. Define scope, set milestones, plan work, and set priorities with management.

  • Standardize working methods. Create templates for business cases, decision memos, RACI matrices, and implementation plans.
  • Enforce ownership discipline. Assign a sponsor and a business owner to each project. This keeps transformation work from replacing operational teams permanently.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across the group. Work with OpCos, finance, legal, and regulatory teams. Simplify how they interact.
