Production Supervisor at GSM Group Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily production activities based on demand and stock levels.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance & Control teams to maintain product quality standards.
• Coordinate raw material collection and usage with the Stores department.
• Monitor production efficiency, yields, and waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports on time.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate preventive machine maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage the production team to achieve performance targets.
• Identify training needs and support continuous skill development of staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Management, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in preform manufacturing is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and production reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
