JOB SUMMARY

Megastone Limited, a manufacturer of paving blocks, kerbstones, concrete blocks, and floor and wall tiles, is seeking motivated and results-driven Marketing Officers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify new customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
• Promote products to:
  • Contractors
  • Developers
  • Consultants
  • Individual clients
• Conduct:
  • Market research
  • Site visits
  • Customer follow-ups
• Manage social media pages.
• Support digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain customer records.
• Prepare marketing and sales reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field
• At least 2 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Experience in construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet targets.

IT SKILLS

• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to manage:
  • Social media pages
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Email enquiries
• Skills in:
  • Canva
  • Basic video editing
• Familiarity with the following will be an added advantage:
  • CRM systems
  • Digital advertising
  • Marketing analytics
